Born and raised in Brazil, Natalia Garro grew up learning to appreciate the blend of beauty from different ethnicities in her extraordinary birthplace. Her love affair with makeup began when she was an account executive for an advertising agency in New York City. The transition to makeup artistry was an easy one, once friends and colleagues noticed her exceptional passion and hidden talent. Natalia decided to spend two years interacting with vendors, artists, models and clients helping manage the cosmetics floor of one of NYC's major department stores. With the increasing number of jobs and client requests she began her career as a freelance artist. She has collaborated with several successful photographers and art directors.

In 2003 Natalia launched BrideMakeup.com, a website dedicated to brides around the world who seek out her gentleness and keen eye for creating the perfect wedding look.

Natalia draws her inspiration from the many countries she has visited and countless beautiful faces she has met and worked with.
